Looking for a new workout? Join us as Leslie Waligora, formerly of 113Fitness, teaches us her Balance + Fitness + Flexibility routine. This 45-minute class incorporates stretching, balance, flexibility for mobility, and resistance bands for strength. Free lunch provided by the Laurels of Sandy Creek. Space is limited.
