1. Driveway Feasibility Study by Abonmarche
Four drive solutions presented in Abonmarche study were discussed. The study showed three of four drive solutions were not feasible. The Abonmarche engineer concluded that taking the existing driveway and turning it into a two-way drive was the most feasible. President Kiella and Mr. Mumby will be meeting later today with the City engineers and Rob Hillard, City Manager, regarding the driveway and this study.
2. 2nd Draft Building Elevations – Presentation by Jim Mumby of Quinn Evans
Jim Mumby presented and reviewed a set of new building diagrams. After questions and discussion, President Kiella took a straw poll of the Board, receiving a collective approval.
Mr. Mumby mentioned that Abonmarche will be the civil engineers for the whole improvement project. President Kiella and Mr. Mumby will met with the owners of 327 Hubbard Street at 6 PM this evening.
By acclaim the meeting was ended at 12:58 PM. The next regular board meeting is on Tuesday, April 19 at 7 PM.
