For the Purpose of viewing a Webinar on the Open Meetings Act
Present: Trustees Mike Kiella, Carol Garofalo, Carol Browne, Chris Antkoviak, Jason Watts, Sally Trabulsi, Catherine Hellmann, Director Perrigo and Administrative Assistant Evelyn Lyzenga. All were present at 9:00 a.m.
Due to technical problems, the Webinar started at 9:35 a.m. It was noted that the Director duly posted public notices of this meeting.
The Webinar was viewed in its entirety by all present. There was discussion of the OMA information presented.
The meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
