We are inviting toddlers and prechoolers to a special Halloween Story Time on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 10:30 a.m. in the library’s Carnegie Room. Guests are encouraged to wear their costumes for the trick-or-treat parade that immediately follows the story time. No registration required!
